Alex began his career in county courthouses, learning the fundamentals of title research alongside his father, Bruce F. Lindeke, JD, CPL. Working directly with recorded instruments, index books, plats, and legal descriptions established an appreciation for careful research and complete chains of title.
That courthouse foundation remains central to his work today.
At Linden Title, Alex combines traditional title methods with structured databases, document-processing technology, and modern reporting systems. His approach emphasizes accuracy, traceability, and the ability to reconcile complex ownership interests back to the underlying records.
Professional Experience
Alex's experience includes mineral and surface title research, fractional ownership analysis, patent-to-present examinations, easements and rights-of-way, leasehold review, division-order analysis, and acquisition due diligence.
He has also coordinated research teams and developed standardized runsheets, document indexes, ownership databases, and reporting workflows for large-scale land projects.
