Alex J. Lindeke started Linden Title as a continuation of a family tradition in title work that began in the 1970s. He learned the trade the classic way — spending long days in courthouses, working through index books and record volumes, and piecing together ownership histories by hand. That hands-on foundation instilled an appreciation for accuracy, persistence, and the value of clear reporting.

Over the past decade, Alex has built on that foundation by integrating modern technology and scalable processes. His experience spans oil & gas title research, right-of-way projects, infrastructure development, and specialized telecom work. He has managed due diligence on multi-county projects, performed in-depth division order title analysis, and developed custom reporting systems that make complex records easier to understand and use.

Alex holds a B.A. in Economics from Colorado State University and a B.S. in Accounting from CSU Global, complementing his field experience with formal training in financial analysis, organizational processes, and client service. Known for his attention to detail and practical problem-solving, he works closely with operators, attorneys, and landowners to deliver reporting that is fast, thorough, and reliable.
