WHY LINDEN TITLE ─────
Most title problems are not difficult because the records are unavailable. They are difficult because the records are inconsistent, the ownership is fragmented, and the final answer has to be usable by people making real decisions.
Linden Title is built for that kind of work.
We combine courthouse-based title research with structured ownership analysis, project management, and modern data systems to turn complicated land records into clear, defensible deliverables.
Built on a family title tradition dating to the 1970s ─────
Alex J. Lindeke began his career in county courthouses, working alongside his father, Bruce F. Lindeke, JD, CPL. Using index books, record volumes, plats, a yellow legal pad, and a pencil, he learned to trace ownership from the original records forward.
Today, Linden Title combines that courthouse foundation with structured databases and modern document-processing tools to solve complex title problems at project scale.
The goal is simple: turn difficult title into reliable information.
